By Credit Card : Card payments can only be made on-site. (If you select card as your payment method during registration, the Secretariat will contact you separately.
By Bank Transfer : The bank transfer must clearly state the name of the participant, matching the name of the registrant/payer exactly. All bank charges must be paid in addition to the registration fee, and any unpaid charges will be requested on-site for payment. Recipient information will be provided in the confirmation once you select Bank Transfer as your payment method.
For cancellations received by October 15, 2024 October 25, 2024:
Full registration fee will be refunded minus an administrative fee of US$50. All refunds will be made after the conference by only wire transfer .
For cancellations received after October 15, 2024 October 25, 2024:
No refund will be provided.
