The organizing committee of the 10th International Water Industry Conference (IWIC 2024) invites you to submit abstracts for poster presentations under the theme “Securing Clean Water for All”. The topics of interest of the IWIC 2024 are as follows, but are not limited to:
(1) Drinking water
(2) Wastewater
(3) Reclaimed water
(4) Seawater
(5) Groundwater
(6) Ultrapure water
(7) Digital water
(8) Energy
(9) Resource
All abstracts must be submitted electronically through the online submission system on the conference website.
Best Student Poster Presentation Awards will be given to the outstanding presentations made by students who have registered under the student category: Undergraduates, Master's students, and Ph.D. students.
KEY DATES
- Call for papers open: July 15
- Abstract submission deadline: August 31 Extended to September 15
- Notification of abstract acceptance: September 30
- Early bird registration deadline: October 15
Submission Instructions
- Abstracts must be received no later than August 31, 2024 September 15 (extended)
- Abstracts must be submitted online via the website only. Abstracts submitted by email will not be accepted.
- You must submit your abstract both in the Microsoft word file (*.doc) format and PDF file (*.pdf)format.
- Abstracts that do not conform to the format guidelines will not be forwarded for peer review.
- After submitting your abstract, the presenting and corresponding authors will receive an acknowledgment of submission by email shortly. If you have not received the acknowledgment within a day, please feel free to contact the conference secretariat at iwic.korea@gmail.com
Review and Registration Instructions
- The submitted abstracts will be reviewed by referees assigned by the organizing committee.
- Notification of acceptance or rejection will be e-mailed by September 30, 2024. The final selection of abstracts for presentation (oral or poster) might be reassigned by the organizing committee.
- Each presenter of the accepted abstract is required to register and pay the appropriate registration fees for the conference by October 15, 2024; otherwise, the abstract(s) will be withdrawn prior to publication.
